Will an AR specialist speak to our clients' customers directly?
Only to the extent you want. Many firms have the seat send statements and routine follow-ups under the firm's own templates and email domain, and escalate anything sensitive to a named person at your firm. English fluency — written and spoken — is the first of our six screening gates, and for this seat we weight the interview toward it. You will hear that for yourself before you approve anyone.
Can they handle collections for several clients at once?
Yes. The seat is full-time and exclusive to your firm, so you allocate it across your client book. What matters more than client count is how many distinct escalation policies the seat has to hold in its head — we work through that with you on the discovery call and during onboarding.
Do they need access to our clients' bank feeds to apply cash?
They need whatever access cash application requires in your systems, and no more. Role-based, least-privilege access is a default of ours, not an upgrade — each professional reaches only the systems the role requires, on a managed workstation with no local data storage. The full control set is on our security page.
Can this seat also do our invoicing, or only collections?
Both, and most firms use it for both — customer invoicing, cash application, collections support and aging review are one continuous cycle, and splitting them across people is exactly how receivables start slipping. If you only want part of it, say so on the discovery call and we will scope the role definition to match.
